Order Completion
After you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation detailing the goods you have purchased, your address and the total price paid. If you have made an error in the ordering process please contact us at once.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct and accessible, we cannot be held responsible for goods that are non-deliverable due to an error in the delivery address given.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all goods within one working day of the order being placed. If a delay is caused by stock shortages you will be notified by email with the option of waiting for the stock to come in, changing the order to another film, or a full refund.
Returns
We do not accept unsolicited returns. We only accept returns of faulty goods. Returns goods must be proven to be faulty for a replacement to be sent. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancellations
We aim to dispatch goods as soon as possible so if you wish to cancel/change or amend an order please contact us as soon as possible on +31 20 581 3023 or email
info@a2zfilms.com. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of 10% for cancelled orders. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
